Introduction

For the purposes of these terms and conditions of use of the Site the term "User" means any person who accesses the Website by any means. These terms and conditions governing the use of (including mere access to) web pages the Portal, and therefore also of content and services that ALG DESIGN & TRENDS S.L. available to the user in the Portal (the "General Conditions", the "Content" and "Services" "). Certain Content and Services may also be regulated by specific conditions in case of conflict, prevail over the General Conditions (the "Conditions" "). Use of the Website

Except as otherwise provided in the Special Conditions, the mere use of the Site shall be free, without prejudice to the cost of connecting through the telecommunications network for the User to gain access.

User acknowledges and accepts, voluntarily and expressly, that the use of the Website is done in any case under its sole responsibility.

In using the Website, the User agrees not to perform any conduct that would (i) violate the law and / or the General Conditions or Special Conditions or (ii) damage the image, interests and rights of Warlock or third parties which could damage, disable or overburden the Website, or that may impede or alter in any way, the normal use of the Portal. In particular, the User expressly agrees to (i) not to destroy, alter, disable or otherwise, damage data, programs or documents and other information are on the Portal, and (ii) not to introduce programs , viruses, macros, controls, or any other logic device or sequence of characters that cause or are likely to cause, any alteration to the Site or computer systems of others.

A.L.G. DESIGN & TRENDS S.L. takes reasonable security measures adequate to detect the existence of viruses. However, the user must be aware that the security of computer systems on the Internet are not entirely reliable and that, therefore, Warlock can not guarantee the absence of virus, malware, worms, social engineering attacks third (phishing, pharming, trojans, etc..) or other elements that may cause changes in computer systems (software and hardware) or in your electronic documents and files contained in them.

No grants the User any right to intellectual property on the Portal or any of its components, the User expressly prohibited reproduction, processing, distribution, public communication, availability, extraction, re-use, forward or use of any nature by any means or process, any of them, except in cases where it is legally permitted or authorized by the copyright holder.

Our cookies
